Delete Inside the App
Open CoolShowTV, sign in to the account you want to delete, go to Me or Mine, choose Delete Account, review the consequences, confirm the permanent action, and submit. Reauthentication or a confirmation step may be required to protect the account.
What the Authenticated Request Does
The deletion request revokes active sessions and deletes or de-identifies direct account identifiers, linked identities, registered devices, search history, favorites, watch history, playback sessions, ad unlocks, episode entitlements, and account-merge requests. The app clears local signed-in consumer data and signs the user out.
Limited Records That May Remain
Pseudonymous security, fraud-prevention, rights-dispute, financial-ledger, refund, tax, or other legally required records may be retained only for the relevant obligation. Direct identity fields are removed or replaced with a deletion pseudonym where retention is required.
Timing and Confirmation
The authenticated deletion flow is designed to complete with the request and return a deletion receipt. If an exceptional case requires manual verification, CoolShowTV normally completes it within 7 days and can provide status through support.
Subscriptions and Sign in with Apple
The current iOS release has no auto-renewable subscriptions. If a future version adds one, deleting an account will not automatically cancel Apple's billing, and the app will direct the user to manage the subscription first. Linked sign-in identities are revoked or de-identified as part of account deletion; provider-side authorization can also be managed in the provider account.
Cannot Access the App
If you cannot access the account deletion screen, email support@coolshow.tv with the subject “Account Deletion Access Help” and the account email or masked account reference. Do not send a password, one-time code, Apple ID password, or full payment credential. Support will help restore access to the secure deletion flow or verify the request.
