Account and Playback
Include the account email only when relevant, sign-in method, device model and system, app version, selected market, approximate time, affected title or episode, and the steps that led to the issue. Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, certificates, or identity-provider passwords.

App Store Billing
The current iOS release does not include purchases. If a future reviewed version adds Apple In-App Purchase, include the product name, approximate purchase time, status, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Billing cancellations and refunds are handled through Apple; never send an Apple ID password or complete payment credential.
Copyright and Content
Rights holders should include the title, episode, URL, ownership basis, authorization proof, contact information, and requested action.

Privacy and Account Deletion
Privacy access, correction, deletion, or de-identification requests can be sent to support. Account deletion should normally be initiated directly inside the app so the authenticated request can be completed securely.
