This policy covers the CoolShowTV app, www.coolshow.tv, account services, playback authorization, customer support, security, and legal requests. The current iOS privacy disclosure identifies email address, user ID, and product interaction data as linked to the user for app functionality or product personalization; it declares that the app does not track users.

We receive data that you provide during optional sign-in or support, data created when you use account features, and limited technical data processed automatically when the app or website communicates with our services.

• Contact and account data: email address, account or pseudonymous user ID, display name, avatar, selected sign-in method, language, and selected country or market.
• Product interaction data: catalog browsing, searches, playback authorization, watch history, favorites, playback progress, captions, and account settings.
• Support and legal data: messages, affected title or episode, app version, device platform, approximate time, and non-sensitive transaction references if a future store purchase needs support.
• Operational and security data: app version, platform, language, approximate region, session state, request IDs, network or error diagnostics, and abuse-prevention logs.

We use data to provide guest or account access, authenticate users, sync history and favorites, authorize and improve playback, remember language and caption preferences, personalize catalog ordering, answer support requests, protect the service, handle rights complaints, and comply with applicable law and platform obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose only the minimum data needed to providers that support authentication, app distribution, hosting, video delivery, diagnostics, security, analytics, email, or customer support. Providers must protect the data under their applicable agreements and privacy obligations at a level consistent with this policy.

• Apple and Google process sign-in or distribution data under their own policies when you choose those services.
• Cloudflare provides edge hosting, security, media delivery, and privacy-oriented web analytics for the public service.
• The current iOS release does not use an advertising network or an in-app purchase provider.
• We may disclose necessary information when required by law, platform policy, safety, fraud prevention, or rights enforcement.

CoolShowTV does not use IDFA, does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not use personal data for third-party targeted advertising. If a future release adds tracking or advertising technology, we will update consent flows, App Store privacy answers, and this policy before release.

You may watch available content as a guest and decline optional sign-in. Signed-in users can sign out, change profile and language preferences, remove favorites, and initiate permanent account deletion. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or de-identification of account-linked data through support. Social sign-in permissions can additionally be managed with the selected identity provider.

Account and interaction data is retained while needed to provide requested features. An authenticated in-app deletion request revokes active sessions and deletes or de-identifies direct account identifiers, identities, devices, searches, favorites, watch history, playback sessions, and entitlements. Limited pseudonymous security, fraud-prevention, rights-dispute, or legally required records may be retained only for the applicable obligation.

• In the iOS app, open Me or Mine, choose Delete Account, review the warning, confirm, and submit.
• If you cannot access the app, use https://www.coolshow.tv/account-deletion for the public deletion instructions and support path.
• Deletion is designed to complete with the authenticated request; exceptional support cases are normally completed within 7 days.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, scoped service credentials, session revocation, and data minimization to protect information. Data may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. CoolShowTV is a general-audience entertainment service and is not directed to children under 13; users must meet the minimum age required in their country or use the service with appropriate guardian authorization.

Privacy, data access, correction, deletion, support, or copyright questions can be sent to support@coolshow.tv. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, certificates, full payment credentials, or identity-provider passwords.
