CoolShow collects only data needed to operate sign-in, playback, support, safety, localization, and compliance.

• Email address used for one-time-code sign-in and account recovery.
• An install- or account-scoped user identifier used by Tenant Edge for authentication and playback authorization.
• Catalog browsing, playback authorization, watch history, favorites, progress, search, and support interactions.
• App version, platform, language, approximate region, request IDs, crash diagnostics, session state, and security logs.

We use data to authenticate users, sync account-linked history and favorites, authorize playback, answer support requests, prevent abuse, handle copyright complaints, localize the service, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with app stores, authentication providers, hosting, video delivery, diagnostics, security, analytics, and support processors.

• Apple, Google, and Facebook process sign-in or distribution data under their own terms.
• The first iOS release does not use store-purchase providers.
• We may disclose necessary information when required by law, platform policy, safety needs, or rights enforcement.

CoolShow does not use IDFA or track users across apps and websites owned by other companies. If tracking or advertising SDKs are added later, store privacy answers, consent flows, and this policy must be updated before release.

Signed-in users can request account deletion inside the app. Users can also request deletion or de-identification through https://www.coolshow.tv/account-deletion. We retain account-linked data only as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, rights disputes, and completion of a verified deletion request.

Privacy, data access, correction, deletion, support, or copyright questions can be sent to support@coolshow.tv. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, certificates, or full payment credentials.
